Charles Lathrem’s 4,250 square-foot home resembles an older ranch style house. With its U-shape design, doors off the north, east, and west walls, will open into the front courtyard.

"Think ranches like in Tombstone," said Lathrem, Owner of Lathrem Homebuilders. "I did my house ranch style because it is different than most people. It’s a style I really like."

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom home with brick flooring throughout, has an oversized kitchen with a separate refrigerator and freezer.

"There is no formal living room or dining room," said Lathrem. "It will have a true great room."

Located on Lot 3 at the Parade of Homes site, Lathrem’s home features a front courtyard with fireplace; and a back courtyard with a pool and wading area, spa, fireplace, barbeque, refrigerator, and TV. Also, every room has large windows.
