Stan Greer Millworks/Andersen Windows is providing product to all seven custom builders in SAHBA’s 2008 Parade of Homes in Marana.
Milo Francese (right) of Stan Greer Millworks has begun the “pane-staking” process of measuring each home for windows. He met Jim Raney, JD Raney Construction, recently at the site in the Tortolita Mountains.
In Jim Raney’s eyes, his project already has been a rewarding experience. Not only is he excited to be building his first Parade home, but he is proud to be participating with “an elite group of my peers.”
In addition to Raney, builders include: Bauer Homes, Becklin Construction, Canatsey Building, Casa Bonitas Development, Lathrem Homebuilders, and Washburn Custom Builders.
From his site on lot number six, Raney has witnessed the professionalism of all seven builders working toward a common goal—a successful February, 2008 event. He’s impressed by their spirit of cooperation, watching everyone “work side by side, together as a team. It’s awesome,” he said.
Raney’s 4,160 square-foot home will feature four bedrooms with a combo den/study/office “of the buyer’s choice.” A pool and spa will face north to the Tortolita Mountains, with an outdoor kitchen and two fireplaces on the patio.
Jim and his wife, Daniella, founded their company in 2002. Raney is a native Tucsonan.
Stan Greer Millworks/Andersen Windows also is a Gold Sponsor of the Parade.
