Becklin Construction partners Ed Castelhano and Richard Fink themed their 2,870 square-foot home after traditional early Arizona ranch houses. Featuring barrel arches and hardwood floors, Becklin nailed the views for the front entry.

"Using a 4’ x 8’ front entry door is one of our trademarks," said Castelhano.

Building on lot one at the Parade of Homes site, the partners positioned their home to be mindful of sunsets. The dining room opens to the patio with a fireplace and they have included several large windows to allow for natural light.
