Customer Info:
As you drive along Tangerine Road, look for signs directing you to the parking area. Shuttle buses will take you to and from to the Parade of Homes. Once at the Parade of Homes, you are welcome to experience each home on your own time frame.
Representatives from the home builders, the architects, interior designers, landscape architects, and product suppliers will be on hand to provide information and answer questions.
The Parade of Homes feature large living spaces. Each home is on one acre, clustered along one cul-de-sac Street. Be prepared for a leisurely walk through the homes.
Please note that baby strollers will not be allowed inside the homes. Food and drink must remain outside the homes. SAHBA reserves the right to deny access to any person.
Handicap info:
Look for handicapped parking in the parking area. All visitors to the Parade of Homes will be transported to the location.
The homes featured are located along one street. It’s an easy few block walk with little change in elevation.
